Welcome to my adopt terms. Please do not offer on one of my designs if you disagree with any of my statements.

- Font and background changed, animations have been removed.
- Terms have been re-written, but are more or less the same. Previous buyers are not affected by these changes.
Proper design credit is required. Under no circumstances is claiming you made one of my designs permitted. "Design not by me/Design by another user" is not a valid form of credit.I reserve the right to decline any purchase or offer.This page's icon was drawn by Jynxedmoon.
Adopt Terms
I can be credited via @xDirewolfy on:Toyhouse, Deviantart, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
You are allowed to:
- Obtain your own reference sheet that differs from the adopt's advertisement- Obtain commissioned physical/digital items, such as fursuits, badges, models, partials, etc!- Resell the design for the accumulative worth in art- Trade or gift the design- Additions like scars, outfits, horns, wings, hair, etc- Species swap (like changing a wolf into a horse)
You are NOT allowed to:
- Trade or gift designs to anyone on my blacklist- Trace the advertisement of the original design- "Breed" or create "fusion" designs/adoptables to keep or sell without my explicit permission (more info in additional terms)- Buy my designs with the sole intent to sell them immediately for higher than originally listed- Make the design unrecognizable from the original- Use the design in intentional hate art (lore art/writing is fine)- Use the design for zoophilic (feral NSFW included)/pedophilic reasons. You will be immediately blocked, blacklisted, and barred from all of my services
Additional Terms
- Please not remove or delete the original design from Toyhouse- If your characters are auth only; I don't require authorization, but a heads up would be wonderful- If you are transferring the design to a new owner, please let me know who and where- Creating fusion adoptables/family or taking inspiration from my designs, without my permission, is prohibited. I will allow mostly anything if you just ASK me first. You will be barred from my services permanently without notice.- While I understand that I cannot prevent this, fusions are typically not allowed because of a traumatic experience that started an ongoing drama since 2017, and I do not feel comfortable with it.
